Threshold Draught Seals (including Brush Seals)

CLEARWAY, THRESHOLD DRAUGHT SEAL

This compression draught excluder is designed to fill a gap between the base of the door and the floor or threshold. The draught seal is fitted into a flat aluminium floor fixed extrusion. The TDS Clearway offers an effective draught seal for applications where a traditional type threshold is not suitable, e.g. Garage entrances, Loading bays, Office/Shop Entrances etc. N.B. The Clearway is suitable for Wheelchair Access

Features & Benefits

• Serrated rounded profile to minimise the risk of slipping whilst passing over the threshold.

• The flat low profile (carrier 12mm high, Overall height including compression seal 19mm, width 85mm) allows easy passage for wheelchairs, vehicles, trolleys, equipment etc.

• Available in sizes up-to 4500mm, finished in Silver, Brass (White & Brown to order)

• When fitted correctly the TDS Clearway can assist in retarding the passage of cold smoke.

• When fitting on a swing door the bottom of the door requires a radiused edge.

• The TDS Clearway is not suitable for fitting where excessive water penetration is evident.

BOTTOM DOOR BRUSH SEAL

Recommended for Internal & External doors, Eskimo Nylon Brushseals are available as follows:- Two sizes 36" (915mm) or 84" (2134mm) from stock Three standard brush lengths, 1" (25mm) 1.5" (39mm) or 2" (50mm). Larger brush sizes of 3" (75mm) and 4" (100mm) are available by request. Finishes:- Alloy, Brass, White & Brown PVC
