GARATITE GARAGE DOOR SEALS

The Garatite Garage Door Seals are designed to keep out the weather, leaves, dust and even rodents. They can be fitted to steel or timber up-and-over or side hinged doors in garages or commercial premises etc

The Garatite is easy to fit with adjustable screw slots concealed for protection from the weather. It can be fitted in conjunction with Eskimo brush seals for complete weatherproofing.

Features & Benefits

The Garatite is ideal for sealing gaps measuring between 13mm and 44mm under a garage or industrial door, its large EPDM rubber seal makes it the ideal solution where the floor is uneven.

The seal can be reversed for inward opening situations.

Available in standard lengths of 2438mm finished in Silver or Brass.

The Garatites EPDM rubber seal retains its thermal properties and flexibility, even in sub-zero conditions.

Location

Head, jambs, threshold and meeting stiles of single and double swing doors, and sliding doors. Head, jambs and threshold of revolving doors, up and over doors, and roller shutter doors.

Use with

Any threshold plate (4000 series).

Seal material

Nylon brush filaments, UV stabilised.

Standard lengths

1 m and 3m. Other lengths to special order.

Fixing

Heavy duty self-adhesive tape. Screw fixing recommended: screws not supplied.

Finishes

Silver anodized aluminium with black brush filaments. Bronze anodized available to special order.
